Initial Setup Fee Billed Upfront:

• Initial Setup: $750 per advertising platform. (We start with one platform until we see results)

Ad Management Fee Structure - Billed Separately (Quarterly Payments on a 12-Month Agreement)

• Quarterly Fee: Starting at a minimum advertising budget of $500, the management fee is $250 per quarter. Automatic Payment is required.
• Budget Increase: For every additional $100 that your ad budget increases, the management fee increases by $50 per quarter.

Disclaimer: The advertising budget you allocate is separate from the management/maintenance fee charged by Wildfire. This means your quarterly payment to us covers the expert handling, strategic planning, and ongoing optimization of your ad campaigns, while the budget you set for the ads themselves goes directly to the ad platform costs.
